Presence, Integration & Wholeness: Honoring Feminine Dimensions of Wellbeing through HeARTful Practice

We are two trauma-informed life coaches offering regenerative tools and experiential resources for these times of falling apart and re-emerging into greater wholeness. The Calling & Intention to Gather:

“Embracing the Other Within Ourselves: An invitation to Heal” 2003, Rebecca Plummer Rohloff acrylic on canvas

The Story of 2 Wellness Coaches: In 2020, having exited higher education just prior to the pandemic, an online journey of Global Activation for Intention & Action (GAIA) refueled the higher calling for awareness-based system change and to collectively awaken from the numb slumber of social, ecological, and spiritual divides - conditions that we humans have both inherited and created. This was when I first encountered Stephanie Calver, an emerging Canadian-based executive leadership coach at Leaping Fox Consulting. Given our simultaneous leaps from cultures of academia into freelance coaching, we discovered our similar love for learning, leadership development, healing, and the relational returning to the wisdom of the body, the earth, and indigenous traditions. Over 16 months and informed by Theory U, The Presencing Institute, and Thomas Hübl’s Healing Collective Trauma, we began listening to the call to offer complimentary nourishing spaces with resource development as intervention to the often unsafe and chaotic environmental stressors and trauma of our times. We seek to support and cultivate our relationship to Source through conscious listening and embodiment with greater capacities for non-judging self-compassion, inclusion, creativity, and emotional integration. Through this connection to authentic wisdom, we open mind-heart-will and root into the resilient core of aliveness within and between us. Like curious children, learning to stand and walk all over again — and even sometimes backwards — we approach each new session with beginner’s mind, sensing into the signs and symbols of what the future wants to emerge. We invite you to travel the threshold between the familiar and the unknown into our collective labyrinth of courage and refinement.

The deepest listening is presence, is consciousness itself. It is space, an open heart, compassion, and a deep receiving of someone.
— Thomas Hübl

The Invitation

Rebecca’s Scribing of U-Love Scribing Hub Session with guided visualization on sensing the social field.

Collective, heART based processes shift awareness towards our highest and best futures. As multidimensional beings we are deeply interconnected to earth, to all sentient beings, and to the liminal, imaginal, vibrational and in-between spiritual spaces of the quantum field. We seek to honor and reclaim the imagination of the suppressed will — a personal and collective creative will that for hundreds of years, has been increasingly fragmented, culturally fractured, absenced, and silenced in the development of Western thought. With this intention, we are offering Explorations in Feminine Dimensions of Wellbeing, a once-a-month, 90-minute Zoom session organized around a generative seed, or theme of inquiry. We choose to turn our attention towards cultivating embodied awareness born of innately intuitive, mythic, symbolic and nourishing, or regenerative states of being. As a practice space, we invite you to join us in growing more curious and comfortable with relational acts of deep listening, empathic witnessing, emotional and sensory awareness through expressive image, poetry, posture & gesture. Through these movements we remember the vast & open aliveness of inspiration —that Spirit which bubbles up within from hidden places beyond time and space. Endeavoring to dwell from this Source, we build the capacity to shift our stuckness into greater wholeness towards authentic action. Join the pulse in 2022 that seeks to stimulate, awaken, and re-sensitize our numb and de-sensitized world. Come show up, grow up and into the future that wants to be born.
